I wish I could give minus stars. OTP is not received in ntc sim card to log in. Cannot use this sim number to sign in to anywhere due to this. This sim is ised for calls n messages only. You guys cannot provide proper service to your customers.

Everything is good on this app,but the gift data package system isn't satisfying for us. However the customer needed this giving system for elderly people who don't know how to use data packs but, the poor thing is when you buy 7 days of data package it only lasts long for 3 to 5 days, that's so cruel

I couldn't register in Nepal Telecom App. because I didn't receive the OTP.
