The main reason I am here is for reporting problem in this sim. As even though there is full network signal in my sim the data does not work. And in need it won't work. It even does not work in 4G with full network. So please hear my statement and solve this. Even I am living in lalitpur and there is full network service the data does not work. Thank You for your time.🙏

After more than a year of using Nepal Telecom app, it's safe to say that it's become an amazing tool in managing my telecommunications needs. The convenience of checking mobile balance, managing data packs, recharging, and handling FTTH connections all in one place has made my life much easier. The app's user-friendly interface has remained consistent over time, and I haven't encountered any major issues or glitches during my usage. Overall, it's been a reliable companion for staying connected.

It's very good, but a lot of things need to be added: 1. Call history should be available for up to 1 year. 2. The phone in which the SIM is inserted should also display the phone's charge level icon in Namaste App. 3. When enabling these utilities, it's better to do it online rather than through SIM-based dialing; otherwise, what's the point of using the software?
