About this app

“Show by the Babkah” is an application for those who manage several cases at the same time and want to finally see how much each of them actually earns. Not only “family budget” and accounting: here money is also counted by projects — separately for each order, point, direction or joint case with partners.

MONEY BY PROJECTS
• Create a separate project for each case and enter income and expenses in a few taps.
• Your own categories of income and expenses — for your specifics, not someone else's template.
• You can attach a photo of a receipt or file to a transaction — just take a picture of it on the spot.
• Search and filters by project, category, type of transaction and period.
• Completed projects are hidden in the archive and do not interfere, but remain in history.

THREE TYPES OF PROJECTS
• Regular — income, expenses, profit.
• Debt — you specify the amount of debt, and the application itself calculates how much is left to pay.
• Savings — a piggy bank with a goal and its own currency symbol; it does not mix with business profits.

PARTNERS AND PROFIT SHARING
• Add partners and their percentage shares — your own share is calculated automatically.
• The distribution panel shows for each participant: how much has been earned, how much has already been paid, and what is the balance.
• Payments are recorded with the month, amount, and comment, so you can always see the history of payments.

COLLABORATION
• Invite a person to a project by phone number — with viewing or editing rights.
• You decide separately whether a participant can see the project’s financial indicators.
• Your personal dashboard remains yours: other people’s projects get into it only at your request.

REPORTS AND ANALYTICS
• Dashboard: income, expenses, profit for this month, last month or all time, with comparison to the previous period.
• Profit by month and top projects - you can immediately see what is working and what is not.
• Reports: financial status, dynamics, totals by category, settlements with partners, debts.
• Any period can be downloaded to CSV and opened in Excel or Google Sheets.

CONVENIENT EVERYDAY
• Login by phone number and SMS code; optionally - a password so as not to wait for SMS every time.
• Dark and light themes, five color schemes, rounding of amounts in reports.
• Ukrainian and English languages.
• Works on both the phone and in the browser - the data is the same.

HONEST ABOUT DATA
• No advertising and ad trackers.
• We don’t connect to your banks or read your statements — you only enter what you think is necessary.
• Your data is yours: the account, along with all projects, transactions, and investments, is deleted from the application in one step.
