About this app
My Visit is the app of Asantis, a private medical centre in Ljubljana, Slovenia. It is
made for our patients who want their visit organised in one place and to stay in touch
with us.
TALK TO OUR TEAM
Questions before and after your visit, a description of your problem, a photo of a skin
change, or a request for an additional examination. Your message is routed to the right
team and the app notifies you when a reply is available.
YOUR APPOINTMENTS
• Your next appointment: day, time, practitioner and the address of the centre.
• To book, briefly describe your concern or what you would like to arrange. The app
routes you to the appropriate field and suggests available appointment times.
• If none of the suggested times work for you, send your preferences to our team.
• Reschedule or cancel without calling.
CHECKING IN WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Check in from the app or show your QR code at the desk. You are notified when it is your turn.
NOTIFICATIONS THAT MATTER
A confirmed appointment, a reminder the day before, a reply from our staff and "you're up
for your examination". Nothing else – we occasionally share news, but only if you
explicitly ask us to.
YOUR DATA, KEPT SAFE
Unlock with Face ID, fingerprint or your phone passcode. The app does not contain your
complete medical record, but it displays visit and conversation data needed for its
functionality. Your data is processed under European data protection law. You can request
deletion in the app; records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted before the
applicable retention period expires.
HOW TO START
Sign in with your phone number and the code you receive by SMS. If you booked by phone or
online, you can simply tap the link in your SMS.
The app is not required for a visit – everything can also be arranged by phone on
+386 31 876 104 or by e-mail at info@asantis.si.
