About this app

The Moj Telekom mobile application is intended for everyone who wants to securely manage their subscription relationships.

It allows you to:

- review and edit subscription relationships,
- activate packages and additional services,
- quickly and easily change and activate an eSIM card directly in the application,
- use the benefits of the loyalty program,
- review and pay monthly bills without commission,
- conclude a new mobile package completely digitally,
- advice and support 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

It is available in Slovenian and English.

Ratings and reviews

Keeps logging me out every now and then (what's the point of the "remember me" button?). Most recently, it forced me to "change" my password after logging in, but I just entered the existing one and then I could finally proceed.

With the renewed app, you broke everything. I had to change a password to get in. Not to mention slow loads, log-in problems, and bad UI. It's just garbage.

Latest build does not allow Mi to sign in. I get the code and enter it but then there is an infinite spinner and I still see the Prijavi se button and the content doesn't load.

S 1. 9. 2026 uvajamo prenovljeno ponudbo za sklenitev novega mobilnega naročniškega razmerja v aplikaciji Moj Telekom. Akcijska ponudba velja do 31. 10. 2026 in prinaša ugodnejše pogoje za nove naročnike. Posodobitev vključuje tudi manjše izboljšave in popravke za še boljšo uporabniško izkušnjo.
