There are 3 types of alerts:
- Voice alert - Voice alert in English!
- Audible warning
- Alert Notification

You control the alert volume on your phone.
- Voice alert - multimedia phone volume
- Sound alert - Ringtone volume
- Notification warning - phone volume for notifications

If the phone volume is muted, the app will alert you. Either turn up the volume or turn off the alarm.

IMPORTANT!!! For phones with Android 8.0 and later
Some phones need to be customized (Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo, Poco, Oneplus, Vivo..).
The most important one is "Lock app in recently used apps" and turn off battery optimization for Battery app.

2. Lock app in recently used apps.

it was working fine alerting me it was at 15% low and 95% charged until recently. It doesn't provide alerts anymore. Looking for more reliable app. Thanks for that information, but it applies to a different app not the free app. There is no option to lock app as described in video. it would help if video pertained to free app not paid app. i turned off adaptive battery. hope it helps. thanks

Good for what it does and no more. Doesn't tell you when you insert or remove the charger, meaning it doesn't let you know if you have a good connection. It only has 2 levels, high and low. Sometimes you don't hear the 1st warning and this doesn't have other alerts. I'm giving it 4 stars, although it doesn't have all what I need on a battery alert. Plus, I can't use my paid voices like you can with other apps.

This app works flawlessly. I intend to upgrade soon. The only reason I haven't yet done so and didn't give it five stars, is because there is no mention of adding an alarm in the pro version that would alert me if my phone unexpectedly stopped charging for some reason. There's nothing more frustrating than grabbing the phone that I depend on, after plugging it in last night, and finding it dead because my idiot suicidal cat tried to "accidentally" hang himself with the power cords. Thanks.
