About this app

Christians have been singing Psalms and Hymns together for thousands of years. But learning your vocal part at home — whether soprano, alto, tenor, or bass — has always been a challenge. Until now.

Sing Your Part is the only church music app with independent SATB volume controls, letting you isolate and practice your individual vocal part with full digital accompaniment. Whether you're a song leader preparing for Sunday, a new church member learning harmony for the first time, or a family practicing hymns together at home, Sing Your Part makes four-part harmony accessible to everyone.

HOW IT WORKS
• Browse hundreds of Psalms and Hymns from trusted church traditions
• Select any hymn and tap play to hear all four parts sung together
• Use independent volume sliders to isolate your part — turn up the soprano and turn down the other voices, or listen to any combination
• Adjust tempo to learn difficult passages at your own pace
• Follow along with the musical score as you sing

WHO IT'S FOR
• Church members learning to sing their part in four-part harmony
• Song leaders and music directors preparing for worship services
• Choir members practicing between rehearsals
• Families building a singing culture in the home
• New singers gaining confidence in their God-given vocal range
• Reformed, Presbyterian, and other congregations that value congregational singing

KEY FEATURES
• Independent soprano, alto, tenor, and bass volume controls — our signature feature that no other app offers
• Growing library of Psalms and Hymns from beloved hymnals
• Digital accompaniment for every song
• Adjustable tempo for learning at your own pace
• Clean, distraction-free interface designed for worship preparation
• Works on phones and tablets

WHAT MAKES SING YOUR PART DIFFERENT
Most hymn apps give you lyrics or sheet music. Sing Your Part gives you the actual vocal parts, individually controllable, so you can truly learn to sing your part with confidence. It's the difference between reading about music and actually practicing it.

Whether your congregation sings from the Trinity Psalter Hymnal, the Trinity Hymnal, the Book of Psalms for Singing, or other Reformed and evangelical hymnals, Sing Your Part helps you prepare for Lord's Day worship throughout the week.

BUILT FOR THE CHURCH
Sing Your Part was created by Crescendo Software with one mission: to make the church's music more accessible. We believe every voice in the congregation matters, and that singing together in four-part harmony is one of the most beautiful expressions of Christian worship.

Start practicing your part today. Your church will hear the difference.

it's ok. our church uses this and it's good when it works. It's very buggy though. Starting a new song will start the last song you listened too. It is very slow and crashes often. Could use some updates for stability. the PDFs on the music take a long time to load. It helps us learn the songs from our psalter but it needs a lot of work.

this app is great - masterfully created. One bug that interferes with regular use: steps to reproduce 1: Open Trinity Hymnal (1961) in the app 2: Find hymn 87 "Holy, Holy, Holy, Lord God Almighty" 3: Play hymn with any delineation of the four part melody/harmonies. 4: Near measure 17, the playback does not cease at the end of the song. The playback continues right on into hymn 88. Maybe something to recognize the thicker measure/bar notation at the end of every hymn. Thank you for this app!

this is a great idea! i would love to see it expanded to Orthodox churches, to help cantors and choirs :)
