Good app. However, in order to activate it, it is required to call the customer service and get an activation code. The problem is that almost no one speaks English, and the agent always says that an english speaking colleague will call, but no one ever does. I tried several times. The process should be automated. Really frustrating and tempted to cancel my csob credit card once and for all.

total fail, no option to confirm the payment, just the countdown shows up. I have to wait till the token confirmation expires and the sms code is sent to me so I can confirm via sms code input.

I tried to pay online only for the transaction to not appear for confirmation. I tried to redo the operation but instead got a notif for the old transaction, which was marked as invalid and the new transaction nowhere to be seen. I have no idea what happened but this application royally sucks from the get go. You should reconsider the team who came up with a standalone application for confirming transactions instead of implementing it into the general one 😑
