SubPRO is a system for companies that send craftsmen to construction sites abroad (especially to Germany and Austria). You have daily reports, weekly reports, attendance, finances and documents in one place - on your mobile and on your computer.

What SubPRO offers:

• Daily reports from the construction site in 2 minutes. The team leader fills in the project, people, hours and photos directly on site. It also works offline and is sent after connection.
• Stundenzettel in one click. The weekly report for German customers is automatically created from the reports as PDF.
• Hour reports for the accountant. PDF and CSV for an employee and in bulk for the entire team.
• AI document scanning. Take a photo of your ID, driver's license or insurance card and the data will be filled in automatically.
• Financial overview. Invoicing, wages and profit by teams and projects, balance and invoice records. Only the owner and authorized people can see them.
• Planning of parties, accommodation, vehicle fleet and construction map.
• Records of employees and documents in one place.
• A1 form and documents for inspection (MiLoG / GoBD).
