Basic functionality is lacking. The general purchase conditions of ZSSR state clearly that the tickets can be bought up until the train leaves the station. The app and it's creators clearly ignore the fact. Proof: in case the train has a delay it simply doesn't allow you to purchase the ticket for it - which causes massive issues since the passenger trains do seem to ignore the scheduled departure times.

Aside from the connection problems, 80% times the app will not let me pay for more than one ticket at once (more items in the cart). It gives me weird error messaged such as "the time for payment has expired" or just that an error occured. This has not been fixed for like 4 years of this app being out? You cannot expect to be respected if you cannot even make the payment and displaying of the tickets work.

app doesn't recognise Slovak or english names, e. g. Vienna or Vieden, you need to use only Wien poor functionality doesn't inform about late train
