I don't know, maybe it happened after the last update, but your service isn't working at all. I forgot the password for my account (from which the app logged me out on its own for some reason—but again, perhaps because of some update), and when I reset my password, you're supposed to send a confirmation email to the address I entered. I’ve done this six times, and after four hours, I still haven’t received anything. You have issues with app communication, developers—please look into this.

Terrible long time using experience. Purchasing tickets is like lottery. If app decided not to let u buy one, it just don't. People states this in reviews for a long time and nothing changes. It seems to be worse irl. I do not recommend using at all.

This app has serious issues even with its most basic function — purchasing tickets online. Every time I attempt to buy a ticket using credit card or Google Pay, the app freezes on endless loading. The payment simply doesn't go through, it just keeps spinning forever. This problem has been going on for several days now. Because of this, I can't purchase any tickets. Please fix this issue, otherwise the app is almost useless.
