I have used this app many times in France with no problems....until today. Impossible to take a photo of an invoice. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. No way that I could see of contacting customer service. Eventually gave up trying to get my refund. Edit. I still cannot get the app to photograph an invoice despite an update 6 days ago. My wife tried to create an account but couldn't even scan her passport. Tried changing language to French but made no difference. Appalling.

The app was straight forward, but it said the form had to be scanned at the customs desk. This was incorrect as it needs scanning in the Duty Free shop and when I was given this information , I was unable to go to the Duty Free shop as I'd passed through border control and couldn't get bavk and therefore list my tax refund. I travelled on Eurotunnel.

Hello Annette, the app says that the scan is generally near the french customs which is true. There is also a tab with the map with all the available kiosks for your next trip !
