Ratings and reviews

Premium is activated. Today, when I type a message, as soon as I press the space bar, the word disappears. It worked fine yesterday. I even tried to send a feedback message and it typed okay, but then it wouldn't send the message. It just kept saying 'Oops, something went wrong'. Any ideas anyone?

Why does it have ads? This is obviously not the Samsung app I've been using for 30 years. I was frustrated that it kept taking me in a circle instead of immediately downloading the app. Now I'm glad it did because I was to able to back out of it before I finished installing it.

I lost my app, I don't know how now I have this piece of trouble! adds EVERYWHERE!! the other had none. You companies & your adds make me sick! I would give you no stars but this won't work this way that sucks!
