Banking Partner: Cofina
Technical Operator: Mixx Senegal
Mixx offers digital microcredit services through its approved banking partner, Cofina. The following details describe the general loan terms and conditions applicable within the application.
Loan services are available exclusively in Senegal. The Mixx Senegal application can only be used with a valid Senegalese phone number (+221).
Loan Terms
• Minimum/Maximum Amount
• Minimum Loan Amount: 1,000 FCFA
• Maximum Loan Amount: 300,000 FCFA
• Minimum Repayment Period: 30 days
• The repayment period for this loan, offered in partnership with Cofina, is 30 days.

• Repayment remains flexible: the customer can repay at any time after activation or wait until the due date, without additional fees or interest.

• Maximum Repayment Period: 365 days
• Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 24% per year (this rate is set by the BCEAO within the WAEMU zone for microfinance institutions).

• Interest rate: up to 7% per month
• Penalty fee: up to 5% per month on overdue amounts
Example (illustrative):
• Loan amount: 1,000 FCFA
• Monthly interest (7%): 70 FCFA
• Total amount to repay: 1,140 FCFA
Disbursement and repayment
• The loan amount is directly deposited into the customer's Mixx account.

• Repayments can be made voluntarily by the customer before the due date.

• Late payments may incur additional penalty fees, as indicated above.
Mixx does not provide loans directly. All credit is offered by our banking partner, Cofina, a regulated financial institution. Mixx serves only as a technical platform to facilitate access to these services.
