The photo upload the biggest garbage I have ever seen in my life. I cant get a single picture to work. For a dating app that's murderous. On trying to upload you get a cropping menu that makes no sense and doesnt actually work. Then once uploaded the result is not the same as what you were shown in the cropper. Then what it looks like on your profile is a 3rd version, this time ultra-tall and cropped randomly. No way to frame a face correctly. -- Also 500 char limit for the bio is ridiculous.

My account was immediately suspended for being misgendered. I guess this "open-minded" app doesn't like men having long hair. I tried to confirm my gender like the app wanted and I tried contacting support but now the settings button doesn't let me go back to the help desk. I'll update my rating if the actually reach out to fix this but it's kind of left a bad taste in my mouth Update: keeps telling me I'm the only one having this issue but that's clearly not the case. Don't waste your time

subscription payment done but not activated even after 4-5 hours as the money was debited immediately and even the ticket for the problem can not be created as there is no option for it. either I get my money back or at least 1 more month of nymph subscription.
