My account was immediately suspended for being misgendered. I guess this "open-minded" app doesn't like men having long hair. I tried to confirm my gender like the app wanted and I tried contacting support but now the settings button doesn't let me go back to the help desk. I'll update my rating if the actually reach out to fix this but it's kind of left a bad taste in my mouth Update: keeps telling me I'm the only one having this issue but that's clearly not the case. Don't waste your time

the most stupid app ever, bought the NymphX membership just for the sake of getting a good match, everytime a notification pops up says 'you have a match' or 'someone new likes you' the moment i click on the notification, the like just disappears like it was never there and it has happened to me like 6-7 times. Gonna delete the app and will also tell the guys i made download it, delete the app and cancel their memberships.

Aftet using the app for about two weeks i can honestly say this is a 2 minute a day app ( not even that most days ) i have just using the basic app and after setting up ones profile its a mostly empty space and the 1 or 2 profiles that do pop up are miles away and a large amount of the app features/tools are locked behind 2 pay walls leaving you to pay for basic tools and for profiles or just sit and twiddle your thumbs
