I am liking the app more over time and have upgraded my review to 4/5. They still need to fix their UI. Send / receive buttons don't work on Android or iOS until you scroll the screen a little. They need better UX as setting up accounts for a wallet is not intuitive and leaves me concerned I am doing something wrong with little or no warning. Red text on a button isn't sufficient. Overall, I like the app and their hardware wallet.

If you don't have much experience in crypto, I wouldn't advise using this wallet. Much more complicated than Tangem Wallet. As far as support, it not good. It's all through e-mail and takes forever to get results. Been a week trying to resolve a swapping issue and still have no clue what the problem is. If I have been able to speak with someone may have been resolved quickly like other wallets in the industry

The app is so extremely slow and freezes up so often, it makes the experience horrible. I get the same results on multiple devices. It takes a ridiculous amount of time because of this to do even the smallest task. I can't believe this was even released to the public.
