Awful app. Incredibly slow to open, keeps logging me out and not recognising my details when I try to log back in; keeps unlinking my accounts. I use it all the time for library books for myself and my child but it infuriates me constantly!

A useful app to manage reservations, however every so often my daughter's linked account dissappears and I have to add it again which is a bit frustrating.
