Sounds Forest — Phonics for Kids

Sounds Forest is a free, ad-free phonics game that teaches kids ages 6–7 how to actually read — not memorize sight words, not guess from pictures. Every lesson is built on the same systematic phonics that top-tier classrooms use: UFLI and Sounds-Write. Hoot the owl and friends walk your child through the same sequence of letter sounds, blends, digraphs, and tricky words a great teacher would, one short quest at a time.
