For customers who want to use BNI BNI Mobile Banking can visit the nearest branch to register, for the next activation at BNI Mobile Banking application in the following manner:
- User ID input.
- Input Debit Card Number.
- Select Country Location.
- Input OTP Code.
- MPIN input.
- Input Password Transaction.

In addition to visiting the nearest branch, BNI Mobile Banking registration and activation can be done directly through your smartphone after downloading the BNI Mobile Banking application. With the following flow:

1. Registration
Select "Registration" If you agree with the terms and conditions, select "Yes, I Agree" The data entered by the Customer must be the same as the Customer data registered in the BNI system.
Next, create User ID consisting of a combination of letters and numbers (8-12 characters)
Enter the Registration Code (6 digit number) sent to your registered email Nasaah

2. Activation
Select "Enter" Input User ID that you created during registration (consisting of a combination of letters and numbers), Enter No. Your Debit Card, and Select Location Country of residence Enter the Activation Code (6 digit number) sent to the customer's registered mobile number
* make sure your credit is available (Min. Rp 10,000, -) for sending OTP via SMS

Create MPIN which consists of 6 digit numbers, no default PIN (serial and twin numbers) and date of birth are not allowed.
Furthermore, Create a Transaction Password consisting of a combination of letters and numbers (8-12 characters), may not contain elements of the Customer's Name and is the same as the User ID

Disappointing. The latest version of the app is worse than before. Complicated, rigid, heavy. Problem with registration verification. It said that the code was wrong even though the code i had entered was correct. And the selfie, seriously? This is really too complicated for a mobile banking registration.

Hi Mr. Anton, sorry for the problem. Confirm the following things: - Stable internet connection - The SIM card from the registered cellphone number is placed in SIM slot 1 - The data entered is correct - When you are still within the OTP request period, don't repeat the request again before the OTP expires. Worst ever mobile banking app I've ever used. I tried to install it in my new mobile. When it asked OTP confirmation through SMS, it could not go back to the app. I have to use WA in order to make it work. And this is just the start. The app asked me to take selfie for face recognition, that could not even take picture. I never had such difficulties with mobile bankings from other banks. This want to be sophisticated, but with no good technology. Just wasting consumers' time and money... BAD

Hi Mr. Yose Damuri, sorry for the problem. Make sure of the following: 1. The position of the photo is not out of the frame 2. Backlight/glare lighting 3. Do not use accessories that cover your face 4. Use focus mode and don't use any effects 5. Take photos not too far from the camera point Please try again, hopefully it works. Tks -Lasma-

First time experience is the worst. Creating account on BNI Mobile app is super bad. Session time is so short and I need to retry like 10 times and input my data again like 10 times. After the registration is done I need to input a new user id and the session time is super short. I reopened the app and try to get the user id as instructed, input my otp and it says error haha (Correct data). After 3 times input error now I can't make user id. It's really stupid. And they told me to go to KCP BNI
