Ratings and reviews

Very inferior app compared to other Vietnamese banking apps. For instance: 1. It's so complicated and difficult to navigate to the QR code generator/scanner. It should be easily accessible from the main page. Check SHB and see how much better. 2. The engineers fail to test updates often for Android and pixel phones making the app unusuable to long stretches. 3. The transaction history is terrible and only gives a snapshot. It's impossible to see details of the transactions. Please fix!

The app doesn't do anything, it's just a copy of the website, so you might as well just open your web browser instead. However, there is one crucial difference, I cannot login on the app. Like other users mentioned, this negates any usefulness of the app

The app just suddenly stopped working after upgrading to Android 14 (it says my phone is rooted, it isn't). Please deal with it ASAP. Edit: I have reinstalled the app and nothing has changed. This is a brand new phone and I double checked - it hasn't been rooted. Now, I have no access to my banking app. Please fix it or suggest a solution.
