Ads on every page you open up, and the close button doesn't even work. You have to click the ad and let it warp you to whatever YouTube video or spam page they're getting payed for. No matter what time, day, or location it says "fares are higher due to increased demand". Yeah, I'm sure you guys are doing serious numbers at 4 am on a Tuesday.

Just used it for the first time. Its pretty good for what I need, but I found that it will sometimes log me out when I close or switch to another app. This makes it a little inconvenient when I'm waiting on a ride. I have yet to see if this interferes with receiving notifications for rides or when coordinating with drivers.

Reynaldo was an excellent driver. This was my first time using this app and service. Reynaldo was very friendly and very very helpful. We dropped my grandchildren to school. He gave me information about the transportation service that I will definitely use again. Booking the reservation was easy and seeing where my driver was and how long it will take to reach us was a bonus. The cost for the ride was reasonable. Love this😊
