Ratings and reviews

Just used it for the first time. Its pretty good for what I need, but I found that it will sometimes log me out when I close or switch to another app. This makes it a little inconvenient when I'm waiting on a ride. I have yet to see if this interferes with receiving notifications for rides or when coordinating with drivers.

App is not properly synchronized with payment processors. Continuously rejects both Google Pay and regular debit card/credit card transactions. Not sure how this is an Improvement versus the last app. Also unsure why Guam can't get on the same page as other states (or countries) and use the more common apps like Uber, Lyft, and Grab. No need for a Guam-only tourist app owned by a car dealership (Triple J).

the driver is polite and respectful. outstanding service
