DoomClock helps you reduce screen time, stop doomscrolling, and build healthier phone habits with real-time awareness and gentle intervention.
Instead of showing your usage only after the damage is done, DoomClock keeps you aware while you use your phone. A floating timer shows how long you have spent in the current app today, or how much time you have left if you set a daily limit.
Use DoomClock to:
• Track app usage in real time
• See how much time you spend on each app today
• Set daily time limits for distracting apps
• Get interrupted when an app limit is reached
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly usage analytics
• Reflect on your digital habits and reduce screen time over time
Why users choose DoomClock:
• Real-time screen time tracker, not just end-of-day stats
• Per-app timer and app usage monitor
• App limits for social media, short videos, games, and other distracting apps
• Clean analytics to understand your phone use
• Built for people who want better focus, productivity, and digital wellbeing
DoomClock is designed for anyone trying to spend less time on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, browser feeds, games, or any other time-draining app. Whether you want a screen time tracker, an app blocker, a focus helper, or a digital wellbeing companion, DoomClock gives you the tools to stay aware and make better choices.
AccessibilityService API requirement:
DoomClock requires the AccessibilityService API to detect which app is currently in the foreground so it can show your live timer, calculate usage time accurately, and apply app limits when you choose to use them. This permission is not used for any other purpose. DoomClock does not use AccessibilityService to read your personal content, capture text, monitor what you type, or access information unrelated to helping you track and limit your phone usage time.
