Ratings and reviews

There is an issue with lost password recovery, whenever I try to recover through my email, the email with verification code is never received, I tried dozens of times and no email is received, I sent an email to support team and no response is ever received. In my opinion support team should be more active and reachable to users as this App is very important to Syrians. I wish they read this and solve the issue.

User friendly, straightforward, easy to use app

it's not working! it's impossible to create an account as it says that the information is not matching and the alternative way also not working it says "wrong registration way" or something I have to renew my passport, please help I like the idea and the design but the log in issue is still there even after I updated the app
