Ratings and reviews

There is an issue with lost password recovery, whenever I try to recover through my email, the email with verification code is never received, I tried dozens of times and no email is received, I sent an email to support team and no response is ever received. In my opinion support team should be more active and reachable to users as this App is very important to Syrians. I wish they read this and solve the issue.

Best UI/UX for official services! This is hands down the best UI/UX I have ever seen for this type of app. Everything you need regarding Syrian consular services is right here. Truly impressive work!

Very useful app, just one suggestion I hope to add all services that people need it or need to issued documents from Syria, otherwise everything is excellent and good app.
