【 How It Works 】

The app connects to Health Connect to securely access health data from your device, such as sleep patterns, activity levels, and heart rate. Combined with short wellbeing surveys and environmental factors—like weather conditions, sea state, and voyage schedule—SeaWell provides personalized lifestyle recommendations tailored to your current situation onboard.

These recommendations may include movement exercises, relaxation techniques, sleep optimization tips, or mindfulness practices. The more data the app has, the better it can adapt suggestions to what actually helps you.

【 Proactive Support 】

SeaWell also looks ahead. By anticipating challenging conditions—such as rough weather or extended periods without port calls—the app can suggest preventative measures before stressors take their toll.

● Health data is accessed via Health Connect with your explicit permission
● All data is transmitted securely (HTTPS/TLS) to local onboard servers
