purchased ETH at 9am it's now 4pm. emailed and called support and did not get a response for 3 hours. they said they would expedite it without an explanation. I said thanks. it's now been another 2 hours and I had to call back. I then found out they have a tech issue and it could take 24h. I recieved no txid or any indication when this would be fixed. it has now been 6.5 hours. nothing. went to hodl mac, got my transaction in 3 minutes. don't tell me to call your support in your response. Idid
