Edited my rating of 4 stars out of 5 down to just 1. I am trying to delete my Onescore account along with all my user data, the app simple isn't allowing me to do this! Everytime I try the delete account option in the app it just doesn't work and ends up giving an error saying 'something went wrong', extremely disappointed. Worst of all are the promotional clutter that they keep sending via mails and texts. Kindly take this complaint seriously or else I will have to resort to some other means.

Good Bye​👋 I am uninstalling OneScore. It was my go-to app when it provided a free monthly CIBIL score check, but they have now made it mandatory to pay subscription charges to access your own score. I'm moving to Paisabazaar since they partner with multiple credit bureaus and allow you to check your score for free every single month. I wouldn't recommend OneScore anymore if you're just looking for a free credit check.

Used this app every 1-2 months to get Cibil score and experian score together in a single app. But not interested to subscribe when same service is available freely in other apps. I may need to use multiple apps but it's still fine. So, now I decided to delete my account. But it's been blocked with "Something went wrong".
