Although the credit score which was promised I was able to get but when I went to delete my account it prompted something went wrong. I've been trying to delete my account since many days. look into it and fix it else data protection laws may act on you guys.

This app is extremely slow and frustrating to use. The birthday/date panel is completely broken. While selecting the date, the page keeps auto-scrolling back to the first page again and again. After struggling for a long time, the scrolling finally stopped and I managed to fill all the details, but when I clicked Done, the app redirected me back to the same first page again. This issue is still happening repeatedly. Such a roast app experience full of bugs, lag, and wasted time. Please fix the

OneScore is a useful app for checking credit score and loan details, but I am facing an issue with incorrect information. My Krishna Bank gold loan is already closed/NIL, yet the app still shows it as active. When I tried to report the issue, the process became confusing and redirected me to other websites instead of resolving it directly in the app. Please improve the dispute system and update loan information more accurately and quickly.
