Hello OneScore Support Team, I am facing an issue with my account. My CIBIL score is not showing in the OneScore app. Only my Experian score is visible. Earlier, both CIBIL and Experian scores were displayed, but for almost the last one year, the CIBIL section has completely disappeared. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times, and I have even permanently deleted my account and created it again, but the issue is still not resolved.

Used this app for a long time just to monitor my CIBIL score. Now you've locked it behind a paid membership. Charging ₹100–300/month just to view my own credit score is ridiculous. Switching to another app that offers it for free.

It is starting to ask for money just to view the CIBIL score which is not acceptable. Also when trying to delete the account it is not allowing to do that as well saying "something went wrong error".
