Used this app once every 1–2 months to check my CIBIL and Experian scores together. But I’m not interested in paying for a subscription when the same service is freely available on other apps. I’m fine using multiple apps. So I decided to delete my account and move on. But even that doesn’t work! Every attempt shows “Something went wrong.” Seriously frustrating. If users decide to leave, at least provide a working account deletion option. Very disappointing experience.

Edited my rating of 4 stars out of 5 down to just 1. I am trying to delete my Onescore account along with all my user data, the app simple isn't allowing me to do this! Everytime I try the delete account option in the app it just doesn't work and ends up giving an error saying 'something went wrong', extremely disappointed. Worst of all are the promotional clutter that they keep sending via mails and texts. Kindly take this complaint seriously or else I will have to resort to some other means.

Very disappointed with OneScore. I have been using this app mainly to check my CIBIL and Experian scores, and now CIBIL score has been put behind a paid subscription. The app was promoted as a free credit score checking platform, so this change is extremely disappointing. There are other apps that provide CIBIL score checking for free, so I don't see any reason to pay just to access my own credit score. I am uninstalling OneScore and switching to another service.
