Extremely frustrated with OneScore. For 2 years, I've faced the "Error in service" message on my Oppo Reno 6 5G. My Name, PAN, and Mobile are 100% correct, yet the app fails. I’ve cleared cache and reinstalled many times, but no luck. Even after several emails, customer support provides only generic replies with no real solution. This backend bug is being ignored. Please fix my access immediately instead of sending automated responses. Very poor support!

For the past few weeks, an error is appearing on the app whenever I log in to check my credit score and I am unable to report it. If this is not resolved, I will delete this app today itself.

It used to be a great application but don't know what happened all of a sudden it stopped showing my Cibil score with an error stating reach out to the Cibil bureau, I've sent them few emails and they've reverted back saying it's an issue with OneScore, so I've sent an email to them too but no response whatsoever.
