About this app

THARAN helps you keep a personal health diary: measurements, sleep, activity, food, blood tests and medications in one place.

YOUR DAY
Today shows three rings: steps, sleep and meals against the goals you set. One “+” button for every entry. You can adjust animations, sounds and reminders in settings.

YOUR MEASUREMENTS
Enter weight, blood pressure, pulse, sleep, steps and mood yourself. Everything you log sits on one timeline next to your meals and medications.

FOOD AND CALORIES
Add products by barcode, enter meals yourself or request AI recognition of a photo or text. Calories and macronutrients on their own screen, with food scores based on open rules and a suggested swap. Recognition results are estimates: check the product and portion before saving.

STATS AND CORRELATIONS
Stats in sections with a 7, 30 and 90 day switch. Correlations show what goes together for you, with the number of days on each side. It is a pattern in your data, not proof of cause.

QUITTING
Count your days without cigarettes, vaping, alcohol, sweets, caffeine or social media, with milestones.

BLOOD TESTS AND MEDICATIONS
Enter blood test results manually, compare values over time and review reference ranges. Keep your own medication and supplement schedule with reminders. Do not change treatment based on the app.

SHAREABLE SUMMARY
A monthly and yearly summary of your numbers as an image. It is made on your phone; by default it shows steps, sleep and meals, and weight, mood and quitting only if you add them.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
The diary requires separate consent to process health data. AI recognition uses an external provider described in the privacy policy. Export your data and photos, withdraw consent and erase health data, or delete your entire account in the app. We do not sell health data or use it for advertising.

THARAN PREMIUM
Full access comes with a THARAN Premium subscription, monthly or yearly, starting with a 3 day free trial. Google Play shows the price in your currency before you buy. After the trial, payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions.
