Truva Pro is for licensed plumbers who are tired of paying for leads that go nowhere.
You set your own rate. You keep every dollar of it. Truva adds 15% on top when the price is shown to the customer, so our cut never comes out of your pocket. Card processing is passed through at cost. Neither is deducted from you.
NO LEAD FEES. EVER.
You never pay to see a job. You never pay to bid. You never pay for a customer who ghosts. If you don't get the work, you don't pay anything, because there is nothing to pay.
HOW IT WORKS
1. A job comes in. You see photos, video, the age of the appliance, whether they own or rent, and how long they plan to stay.
2. You bid, or you don't. Send a fixed price or a range, with as many options as you want. Skip it and nothing happens to your account.
3. You do the work and get paid. Navigate to the job, message the customer, capture completion photos, take a signature, and the payment lands.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
You see the job before you commit. Photos, video, the age of the appliance, whether they own or rent, how long they plan to stay. The things that actually change how you'd bid it. The Utah plumbers who helped shape this app told us those questions decide whether a job is a band-aid fix or a full replacement. So we ask them.
Your bid, your terms. Fixed price or a range. Multiple options on one bid, so the customer picks the scope instead of haggling you down. Line items for parts, at cost, with no markup from us.
The customer is already verified. Card authorized before you drive out. No more quoting someone who was never going to pay.
Take it or skip it. No penalties, no acceptance rate, no algorithm punishing you for having a life.
GETTING PAID
Payment is authorized when the customer accepts your bid, not after you've done the work. You capture the final amount at completion, within the range you quoted. Money moves through Stripe to your own connected account.
REQUIREMENTS
Active Utah plumbing license through DOPL, current liability insurance, and a background check. We verify all three before your account goes live, because the customer side of this only works if that is true.
