DOST – A safe space just for you.
DOST is a youth-friendly digital wellbeing application designed to provide accessible and supportive mental health resources. It helps young people better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop healthy coping strategies, and take steps towards improving their overall wellbeing.
Through guided digital sessions, DOST provides practical, easy-to-understand activities based on psychological approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Problem-Solving Therapy (PST).
What DOST Offers
• Wellbeing Screening: Brief questionnaires to help users reflect on their emotional wellbeing and identify areas that may need attention.
• Guided Digital Sessions: Structured sessions that explore common emotional and everyday challenges and introduce practical coping strategies.
• Journalling: Opportunities to reflect on thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a safe and supportive environment.
• Coping Cards: Practical techniques and resources that users can explore and use in their daily lives.
• Wellbeing Resources: Access to helpful information, videos, articles, and other resources to support mental wellbeing.
• Support and Referral Guidance: When additional support may be appropriate, DOST provides guidance on seeking professional help.
DOST is designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health care. The app does not provide diagnosis or emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at immediate risk of harm, please seek help from an appropriate emergency or healthcare service.
DOST aims to make mental wellbeing support more approachable, accessible, and easier to engage with because taking care of your mental wellbeing is an important part of taking care of yourself.
DOST helps young people build coping skills and improve mental wellbeing.
