I really messed up by not checking reviews on this app, I can see everyone connected with it have fraudulent intent. I tried converting my airtime thrice and was debited but wasn't credited in my respective account, I made over 20 complaints but none were responded to. The make believe WhatsApp customer services aren't even responding to my message ,what a fraudulent app this is . Please no one should make the same mistake I did if it's possible to give them a 0 star rating If I could

Okay so I just installed the app, and I tried converting my airtime to cash the app is telling me that I haven't created my transfer pin that I should dial the MTN code to create a transfer pin, meanwhile my transfer pin is working, I have messaged them on Whatsapp, and reported it in the app it's more than 3hours now still no response.

This app is really good although may seem to malfunction a bit sometimes but it's still paying out just yesterday I converted uding this app but it takes a little hour of 2 but today it's fast like immediately 🫡
