I saw the advert for this app and I thought, wow great idea! But then, looking at the fees, especially selling of airtime. It's outrageous. The whole essence of creating this app (which was what got my attention from the advert) is to help people who must have mistakenly recharge more that what they intended to. But the fees you're charging feels like you taking advantage of those people in addition to helping them. My opinion anyway, Thank you

The app itself is fraud. I tried converting airtime to cash to my bank account. The transaction was redirected to another phone number. The notification popped up in my screen that I credited 080.....bla bla , but I received a notification from this app saying the transaction was successful and my bank has been credited, I check my balance and saw nothing! They credited their number with my money! It's fraud, don't fall victim!! Infact they don't deserve rating!

The app's UI is ok, however, there are some issues in the convert airtime to cash section. In this case, an error message of one not exceeding a network limit of 1000 when the amount to be converted is less than that. Also, won't go into details on this one, showing the appropriate error messages for specific events can go a long way to improve users experience. I do hope the issues are resolved.
