I came across this app on FB. The ad was for less than $10/mo. I downloaded it, and the charge to my account was nearly $70. With no explanation, I worried that I'd get charged that every month. So I requested cancelation and a refund. They obliged, but then blocked me from any access to the app. I can no longer get the app to open on my phone. I've uninstalled/re-installed it, and cleared the cache. I was going to pay for it, when the price had dropped $20. My kids had enjoyed playing it.

I paid for a year subscription since it was cheaper. It's super repetitive. There are tons of games but most of them are similar ideas just recycled. Everything my kids have learned on this could have been learned with another free kids app I found. Additionally, they billed me early. I have a invoice that says they billed me on the 24th of August. Even though today is the 23rd. I've been trying to find a way to cancel, but any correspondence from them takes a week or more. Its not worth it

Not worth it. It's a massive collection of micro games and that's not a good thing. The first game I tested was just "click C 10 times" which was trying to teach the C sound. There's no structure to the overall journey. There needs to be games that go through all the sounds, not individual games for each sound. I looked at number games and they were all the same, "count to 5". An endless list of "count to 5" games. To people complaining about the price: it does say billed annually.
