Ratings and reviews

Unreliable in multiple ways. Without a cellular signal, you can't use the app because it requires you to log in. You will get failed completions long after you leave the job. You get generic information on failures, such as "No good corner shot." It would help to know which one so we're not wasting time shooting and uploading unnecessary photos, especially on complex structures. Many times, the drawings will omit wall sections or leave in areas under dormers. Every job seems like a new hurdle.

It would not upload pictures. I would get error upload failed. I have no issues with phone or internet or cell service. I tried 3 times. Once Wi-Fi only, once cell only, once it was mixed. I give up. What a waste of my time since I had to retake the pictures three times. Also, it seems someone can't do math because how can file upload be @ 257% . 100% means it is done!

The biggest problem was that the app didn't mention up front that photos of interior were required. I'm using this app for my insurance company and the house is a rental, so I drove out thinking all I needed were exterior shots. Now (maybe?) I'll need to do it all over again because I'll need to arrange access with the tenant. Also, the app caused my phone to overheat during the video. Granted, it's a hot day and I have an older phone, but I guess that's why the video collection is optional.
