This is my first experience with diabetes. At first, I loved the app. Now, not so much. It's stopped updating my meds, weight, and latest readings on my glucose on my home screen tiles. Even on the my journey page, it doesn't show them. It's recorded in the sub screens... I shouldn't have to hunt for the results I've worked so hard for. Update: now, several times a day I get a pop up that the one drop app has stopped working. Do I want to close? close to switching to a different product.

Great when it works! But half the time I can't even open it. It crashes while trying to open. I can get my readings from the devices, but I can't track anything if I can't go into the app. I love it, it's very functional, I just wanna be able to use it. I've tried reinstalling it and restarting my phone. Nothing fixes the issue. I also wish I could input data via web browser on the computer.

I have a love-hate relationship w/ this app! I hate taking the time to set up med reminders, only to have the app not record them all, or the daily total doesn't match the qty entered. I also frequently have to pair the device to the app again to get the readings to reflect correctly. It defeats the purpose of the entire system if everything has to be edited or manually entered. I love the *idea* of the One Drop system. If the bugs in the app are corrected, it'll be perfect!
