To use the application, you must have an e-Government Password or Mobile Signature. You can obtain your e-Government Password in person by applying to PTT branches with your valid ID. For Mobile Signature subscription, you must contact the operator from which you are getting service and complete the necessary procedure.

Permissions Used:
- Location: Your location information is required to use location-based services such as BTK Base Station Inquiry.
- File Access / Storage: It is used to save your profile picture and view pictures of special days.
- Camera: Required to take your profile picture.
- Wireless Network Connection: It is used to determine your Internet quality.

Ratings and reviews

One of the worst apps i have used. Not secure at all, but pretends to be by forcing bad user experience with useless captchas and questions. Also, if resetting my password does not work because it says mother and father name is wrong, the app is obviously faulty, as i know their names of course. If you build an app like this, make sure it at least works properly and is not a total catastrophe to use.

I personally found it inadequate really. Some things that are related to me aren't on there. Example, all utilities that are associated with my property aren't showing up. Navigating for specific things aren't possible. Furthermore I had a debt I wasn't aware of until I physically got a letter after a second attempt. Some topics aren't even available.

This app is bit different with the website. Here is no any option for english language. So it makes it difficult to use for foreign students, who are staying here and do not know Türkçe yet. I hope so you could edite this nice program.
