BE WELL by Fit Spa includes:
• Nutrition plans created by registered dieticians complete with recipes and a prepared shopping list to make life easier.
• Suggested supplements shipped directly to your home or office.
• Personalized reminders and notifications.
• Important data tracking including sleep, elimination, mood, conditions (headaches, for example), body measurements, movement and meditation. For an added feature, connect your wearable tracking device to the app to automatically record and update your Profile for your Practitioner to view.
• Communication with your Practitioner through app messaging and video conference.
