Ratings and reviews

Needs a lot of work. 1. TV Shows not playing at all. The ones which are playing, are only for a few seconds and then they start buffering and it never ends. 2. The controls are not easy. In the full screen, on tapping the screen it doesn't pause. Or if you want to go back, the 30 seconds back button are also at the bottom. 3. There are no subtitles for anything. Too bad. Please work on these things. Edit: I am connected to 40Mbps WIFI. Also, movies are streaming smoothly. And what about controls

The ott apps and internet experience is good. But the DTH TV channel experience is ruined bcoz there is no favourite mode browsing. Have to manually browse through a lot of channels to find a tv program. Even though you can still mark a channel as favourite you to come back to the home screen to be able to switch to the next favourite channel. Which is very cumbersome.

Great selection of OTTs and Content. A few suggestions for improvement: 1) Please bring/enable 4k content along with Dolby Vision/Atmos/HDR10+ support. 2) Improve the UI. (Current UI is a bit cluttered and hard to navigate). I think it should be very simple, and less redundant: For example, I should first select which OTT i should watch, then the landing page for each OTT homepage should come up. 3) Bring in more OTT platforms in the bundle.(e.g. partnering up with other streaming giants)
