The small team of CasaYoga.tv offers you an authentic & caring Yoga. Our practices come directly from 7 years of teaching experience in our Parisian studios and our Yoga retreat center in Corrèze.
The teachers of CasaYoga.tv, all experienced and inspiring, share an authentic and educational approach to Yoga, with no idea of performance. Each teacher takes care to transmit the presence and the attention in the postures, the correctness of the breathing, the balance between action and letting go.
