Cignal Play is a decent app that turns mobile devices into portable TV's. We can now watch our favorite channels on the palm of our hands after paying for it. We do get what we pay for but most of the channels that require a premium subscription have very low resolution, they don't really feel 'premium' at all. Navigating the app is also a pain. Going to watch my favorite channel takes a lot of work without the option to save channels. The streams buffer sometimes. Overall, decent but lacking.

Misleading exclusivity. If a channel is not available to be streamed, don't add it at the selection or place a proper ideal label or tagging especially since no refund policy in place. App is buggy, delays and bad UI. Awful experience. Alerts are lacking description. Just generic messages that doesn't give proper details. Cancellation doesn't appear in-app apparently. Needs to login on web first.

I wish Cignal Play would also reflect all the channel line up that I happen to have on my Cignal TV channel line up subscription. The only reason I am using Cignal Play is because my Cignal TV satellite subscription is terrible now (because of interference) and was hoping that the Cignal Play app will be an alternative.
