After subscribing I was charged 4 times messaged the team about it and they said they would look into it. haven't heard anything back, it's been a whole month. I've reached out through email, website and on X. and nothing. films are great, but the fact I never got a response I won't be supporting great lion films anymore and as many other people I know because of this, which is a shame because I enjoyed his films. But to be treated this way as a loyal customer is very disappointing.

The content is great so far but the app itself needs some work. Cast to TV button doesn't work at all. Submitted a chat about it but so far I haven't received any reply. App also won't work in split screen view or with pop out video option. If you use the full screen feature on a smartphone, the status bar and navigation bar still shows bright white so it isn't using the full screen 100% and is a bit distracting. Again I must say that the content itself is great. Just wish app was better. 😐

Good app, easy to figure out. Red backdrop is easy on the eyes. I like to tell my friends that THESE are films that will raise the bar on late night documentaries and be seen by millions. Buying a membership here is worth every penny. There's so much content and it's all thoughtfully put-together. Very well done.
