charged 3 times for a subscription, and they won't even respond back to me to help. I see a few other people have had the same issue. so fricken mad at this

After subscribing I was charged 4 times messaged the team about it and they said they would look into it. haven't heard anything back, it's been a whole month. I've reached out through email, website and on X. and nothing. films are great, but the fact I never got a response I won't be supporting great lion films anymore and as many other people I know because of this, which is a shame because I enjoyed his films. But to be treated this way as a loyal customer is very disappointing.

Good app, easy to figure out. Red backdrop is easy on the eyes. I like to tell my friends that THESE are films that will raise the bar on late night documentaries and be seen by millions. Buying a membership here is worth every penny. There's so much content and it's all thoughtfully put-together. Very well done.
