Worst ever experience, first it wasn't loading at all then finally when it did , non of the fresh videos are available for UK, it just says "sorry the uploaded video is not available in ur country", I mean what the hell!! what's the point of downloading the app if we cant see fresh episodes. Deleting the app now. In fact Ary app works much better. Big disappointment from Hum TV.

The app needs a cast feature - so it can be played on TV with Chromecast. It's pointless if it can only be watched on phone, and not on tv. Also the app doesn't remember what drama you are watching, and what episode you last watched. It's annoying to go and everytime find what episode you watched and at what point you stopped last. Not user friendly at all for a show watching app. Also, the video resolution is terrible! It needs to be improved to higher resolution so can be watched on tv.

Besides having a good selection of dramas, the experience is not much better than using YouTube. There are a few bugs that need fixing. The inability to skip Ads. Some Ads are long we still have to sit through them. Quite a few older drama archives are incomplete; ie; first several episodes or last several episodes are missing. Even though this is a Hum TV app, every episode is muted in a few areas citing copyrights issues.
