Literally the worst streaming app I've ever used. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the content is pretty good. As for the app itself, it's impossible to navigate. It freezes up, changes channels, and gets off track. No option to pause or rewind. On demand is even worse. It skips when you pause or anything, and goes back to the beginning. Customer service is no help. They just ask the same questions about your phone and TV, when the problem is Pluto TV's software.

It has a decent selection, but 1) it's so awkward to navigate 2)there's no timer for ads, like literally every other streaming app in the world has and 3) it's damn near impossible to pick up where you left off because they play an ad break every time you try to go forward, even if it literally just finished an ad break like 5 seconds prior and all you're trying to do is skip forward like 10 seconds. Pretty "bar is on the ground" as far as streaming apps go.

I really liked this when I first started using it. I can finally watch one of my shows again. Since one of the upgrades however, about 3x ago, the quality has gone downhill. My picture in picture never seems to work if I'm watching On Demand while on my phone. It's just a black box with the sound. Anything I'm watching On Demand would rewind from the beginning if I paused it for any reason. Sometimes if I'm watching my show, it won't even load. I've updated every time I was able.
