Ratings and reviews

There's a bug where if you're browsing and the list of videos you're viewing us at the bottom of the screen. Whenever I try and scroll enough to read the titles of the videos, since all I can see are the thumbnail, the app jumps away from the bottom of the feed, up a row of videos or two. Forcing me to scroll back down to see what I've missed. It's an incredibly frustrating experience not being able to just scroll through a row videos without it launching somewhere else in the app.

I really love the content. I think it's unique and interesting and original. it's nice to see some of my favorite creators videos without ads and know that I'm supporting them. that being said, the app is full of glitches. I can't select the quality that I want to stream the video at. it always defaults back to Auto and 360p. also, there's tons of hitches where we'll skip over periods of the video as well as just completely cut out the video and be just audio. It can be truly unusable at times.

The content is (mostly) great, but this is a legitimately terrible app. Videos randomly won't start, it doesn't consistently work well with android picture-in-picture video, and it signs you out if you try to open it without an internet connection, which completely defeats the point of downloading videos to watch offline. If they want subscribers to stick around they need to invest in their tech as well as content.

What’s new

We’ve made even more improvements to download management. You can now:
 • Choose to download videos, lessons, and podcasts directly to an SD card (if available).
 • View used and available storage space in Settings.
 • See download status icons throughout the app, including clear indicators when a download fails.
