Watched a movie over the weekend while traveling and the next day(BAM)!!! The damn app just stops playing while out on the road. At home with wif, everything is good. Tried reinstalling and checking all of my phone settings, NOTHING!!... you're unable to reach anyone for assistance. Just pay your subscription and be quiet. They'll take your money but have any direct contact number. I'll give them a -10

I've tried to use the apps free trial but it did not work so I will be trying another tv option. A friend recommended but there is too many hoops to jump through and I'm still at square 1 so I will be deleting this app. I've wasted about an hour on this and no luck so thanks but no thanks. I almost bought the years subscription but wasn't sure about it so tried the free trial. Thank goodness cause this is pure garbage. Very poor instructions and hard to navigate.

Pretty much like everyone else has said! THIS LAST UPDATE SUCKS and makes this app totally inoperable!!! I've used this app for 3 years now without any problems!!! This last update has me not being able to watch anything on my TV or my mobile device without it pausing and buffering, which both worked just fine before this update! HOPEFULLY sooner rather than later, things will go back to what it previously was!! There are lot more services out there now that would love to have more clientele!
