What do I need to get started?
For home workouts, you only need an exercise mat (or yoga mat) and your own body weight, although you can add dumbbells. For gym programs, the app will guide you using standard gym equipment.
What if I've never exercised before?
No problem! We have collections of routines for beginners where we explain each movement from the ground up.
How long are the workouts?
We know time is valuable. You'll find quick 15-minute routines for busy days, as well as complete 45-minute yoga, gym, or strength training classes.
