"The" app to finally be able to work out daily. Sure, this is no high power workhout, but it makes you do the essentials daily. This is worth gold. One can still add more workout when there is time. I do the daily short stretching and holding exercises, and then add a couple of the recommended ones for my problem areas. Alltogether maybe about 15-30 minutes, depending on the day. Totally doable. Great value. Don't regret the purchase one bit.

Great app, but for me the instructions are too lengthy. I'm sure it's great for simr people. But... I can't figure out how to cancel it. And it keeps charging me every year £130. That's so expensive for something I'm not using. I've tried to email L&B a few times but I never received a reply. It's quite a rip off.

I've been dealing with back problems for many years and have been prescribed physical therapy over and over again. However, none of the exercises I was doing can match the exercises of Roland Liebscher I have subscribed to. He really is an expert in his field. Thank you so much!!!
