When I tried to settle the bills via the app, it did not allow me to pay for ebooks via the app. So my original order had to be spilt for settling via the mobile app first. Then, I had to turn on a desktop to finish the rest. Now, that's where things got interesting. The payment cannot be run through (probably triggered the bank security system from the same overseas within such short time frame). Now, the ebooks are not easily accessible in the app.

I can get my chinese novel from here and it is really a very satisfying e-shopping experience when they use DHL to send my orders. I can instantly receive my order in 2 days from the moment my orders are confirmed. This makes me feel unbelievable that my favourite books reach me piping hot!!! However, there are some pages in the app appears unreadable so I will need to use my desktop to view.

cant get sms code though they claimed its working fine and direct the issue back to me instead of offering a solution
