I've built software with multiple languages in a week, but Richart Life, who's name is in English, can't add an English translation?

Phone threat scanning shows malware. Please check. I am using Android phone Samsung S23 Ultra with Android OS 14 One UI 6.0. Customer service is great. Reply in the next day for progress.

Aweful experience as a foreigner in Taiwan using Taishing Bank service. There is nothing in English and they call themselves International bank. If you complain they will just kindly explain that they work on improving the service towards the customers. Actually they don't do anything to improve the foreigner customers experience. I hate faking just because you want to save money to pay a few people who will manage the English speaking customers. Terrible Taishing experience !
