I've been contacting the customer service through Line, but no one is comes, I also send emails, due to I have a problem in processing bank transfer, I'm not in Taiwan at the moment for few months, so I don't have chance to go in the branch personally

As others have said: an “international” bank app with no English. The (quite good) website requires a code from the app to transfer money, so is *not* a solution.

It's my salary account, and it's an International bank but NO ENGLISH APP.. and I don't like to use the English version on website. How can I manage my account in app if it's not in English?
