The “Link Account” option on the Mixx by Yas app has been temporarily disabled for more than three months. I cannot log in on another device because I keep getting the message, “This account is already registered on another device.” Meanwhile, the option to link my account still shows “Temporarily Disabled.” This issue is very frustrating and has prevented me from using my account on another device for months. Please fix this issue and restore the account linking option as soon as possible.

This new app is good, but it bothers me that every time I log into my account, a notification pops up prompting me to select a World Cup team for a chance to win. It is genuinely annoying because I don't know if participating incurs charges, so I’m afraid I might accidentally accept and end up with unexpected deductions. Please fix this; it is very frustrating. Also, there is no dark mode, and I don't like the current layout of the information display—it isn't as good as the previous one.

The app used to be very important and much easier to use, but for the past three months, it has been extremely frustrating. It barely opens—it just pops up and disappears. My question is: does the team even know about this issue? I have reported it multiple times through customer care, both via WhatsApp and phone calls, but unfortunately, nothing has been fixed. Congratulations to the M-PESA app—you have consistently been better and more reliable than Mixx by Yas. At this point, I have comple
