Install Diya, log in and use digital documents, share their copies and get government services in a few clicks.

Digital documents in Diya will appear automatically after authorization, provided that the data is in the registers. They will have the same force as paper and plastic originals, and no one will have the right to demand a physical counterpart if you show the document in Diya.

In Diya, you and your children have a COVID vaccination certificate, a recovery certificate and a negative PCR test. Request a certificate and it will be pulled in a few seconds.

The application can be used by citizens of Ukraine and foreigners with a residence permit.

The action is convenient, inconspicuous, humane.

can't register for it! doesn't scan my passport. eventually after 100000000000 attempts managed to scan my passport, got through to facial recognition and it failed and now I'm back to not being able to scan my passport. worst app in the world. quite literally! edit: developers have responded (as you can see below) telling me to go into menu and get support. I can't do that! I can't register for the app because it's full of bugs! 🤯

I have to go through passport code reader and face recognition every 60 days. I stuck on every level of this process, when I think that's finally done it tells that some error had occurred and I have to do it all from the beginning. The worst part is the identity confirmation. This program just fails to recognise my face. I hade to do hundreds of tries to make it sure that it is really me. I am sorry, but I can't turn my head left and still see what are the next demands of face recognition.

Maybe for young people this program doesn't cause any problems, but if you are older person and you always need help using your phone , it is impossible to register and confirm your identity. I was waiting for train tickets that sell out in one hour, but I couldn't buy them because of this authorization. Why can I easily buy plane tickets all over the world with a passport and a credit card, but with you I need to have almost the original birth certificate of my children.
