This app is stuck on the card screen so I can't view my cards. I've cleared cache, deleted and redownloaded but that didn't help

УЖЕ БОЛЬШЕ ПОЛУГОДА НЕ МОГУТ РЕШИТЬ ПРОБЛЕМУ, ОБОЗНАЧЕННУЮ В КОММЕНТАРИИ. Раз-два в месяц (возможно, после обновления программы, не отслеживаю) слетает упрощённый вход по пальцу. И смысл тогда от этой функции? В приложении Приват 24 такой проблемы нет.
