Ratings and reviews

It sucks that I can't set the volume to 1% from the timer itself. The lower limit is 5%, and I could get to 1% only from the phone app a few updates ago, and now this is gone as well. It just doesnt apply the change from within the phone app. It also doesn't show any apply button which makes it even less clear if it got applied or not. Poor job on UI side guys. Please fix it in the timer and phone app, as it is too loud for dryfire at home. I will be glad to give you a 5 star review otherwise.

I am giving this a 1 star review only on customer service. I was able to fix the problem myself. The only way to contact Shooters Global is through email and they are not quick in responding. Orig. mess below. Very unhappy. will be contacting customer service to see if the can explain why im unable to make adjustments to the sensitivity. the screen covers up everything in the app and will not make corrections. Plus the setup instructions are non-existent with no videos I've found at this point.

I prefer the app now that I know how to find the drill functionality on the front page. It would be helpful to have a dedicated drill option there. I'd also like the app to work on my Android watch. Additionally, it would be great if I could record drills automatically when they start from the timer or have the option to enable simultaneous video recording and drill start within the settings.Nice to have , but other than timer.
